
Michelle is dedicated to supporting clients through a trauma-informed approach. She has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in both individual and group therapy settings. At the Los Angeles LGBT Center, Michelle provided crisis intervention, counseling, and long-term support for LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness and foster care. Michelle incorporates modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, IFS, Solution-Focused Therapy, and holistic grief counseling into her practice. With a background in working with complex cases, including dual diagnoses and trauma, she strives to create a safe and affirming space for all clients. Michelle received her B.A. from Wesleyan University, and graduated from Antioch University with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. She currently lives in Los Angeles.
Sessions are primarily offered online to California residents, but in person sessions can be accommodated in the Los Angeles area.
